Website designs, Internet marketing services, photography, social media, graphics, print work, logo work, and content writing are all examples of this. Blue Bird Media has no control over the rules and practices of third-party companies/websites such as Google, Google My Business, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Booking.com, Bed, and Breakfast.com, or similar sites. Blue Bird Media has no influence over third-party social media firms or practices, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or other similar businesses.
Any risk and responsibility for all client website(s) content, pictures, social media content, and graphics are assumed by the client. Monthly Marketing Plans Cancellation Policy
Clients on an ongoing monthly marketing plan with Blue Bird Media may discontinue their plan with 30 days’ written notice as per the contract. Blue Bird Media does not issue refunds for partial months. Cancellation is only possible after the 30-day cancellation period has passed. Any work completed during the 30-day cancellation period will be invoiced to the client.
Clients that obtain a new website design as part of a monthly marketing plan are not entitled to cancel during the first 180 days. If a client cancels before the 180-day period has passed, the whole of all unpaid pending monthly charges is due.
